Maldon and District Agricultural and Domestic Museum

An extensive collection of items of every kind. Products of Maldon Ironworks and printing machines from 1910. Bygones include mangles, 1860 washing machines, irons, old cookers and stoves, a shoe-making machine, typewriters and printing machines, wirelesses, clocks and a 1945 room setting. Also a range of road signs from Maldon Ironworks, petrol pumps, a collection of photographs, displays of birds eggs, stuffed birds and animals. Farming implements include tractors, a hayrake, seed drills, scythes, flails, mowers, cattle cake breakers and butter churns. Also Bentalls machinery.
